Responded to report of reckless driver. Arrived on scene to find above suspect driving a red Comet license plate SBNO0019. Suspect drove into the swamp near fort Zancudo and came to a stop, briefly fled on foot, and was apprehended without force. Suspect ID as above and tested positive for meth. Checks on vehicles show registered to a Alfreda Cameron and reported stolen. Suspect taken into custody. EOR
